1) GENERAL
Please only participate in transactions with me if you are an adult, at least 18 years old, and able to pay yourself.
By commissioning me, you agreed to my terms of service.
I accept your request based on your social credibility and history of activities.
Basically, I will reply to you within 3 days after I contact you.
Please note that I may refuse your application.
Prices are subject to increase in the future.
2) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I don't allow my artworks to be used for NFTs and or AIs.
3) REFUNDS
The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
In the event of unavoidable cancellation or if we cancel, the amount of refund will depend on the work process.
a) Cancellation before payment: No cost.
b) Cancellation at the start of rough draft: 50% of the cost will be refunded.
c) Cancellation at the start of line drawing: 20% of the cost will be refunded.
d) Cancellation at the start of coloring: 10% of the cost will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation, you will not receive all rights to the artwork.
I will lower my priority for the next and subsequent work requests.
If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers.
The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.
